A new conveyancing firm has entered the UK residential property market and is inviting estate agency partners to refer clients selling residential property across the UK.
Farringdon, based in central London, has already secured early partnerships with agencies including JLL and Streets Ahead, as it builds its referral network within the sales market.
This launch marks its formal entry into the residential conveyancing sector, with a focus on improving clarity and efficiency during the transaction process.
Farringdon was founded and led by Ed Boulle, co-founder of Orbital, a legal AI scale-up business whose technology empowers hundreds of UK law firms to help complete property transactions.
Sue Bains is COO of Farringdon. With over two decades of experience in Partner, COO and board-level roles, including three years as COO of Simply Conveyancing.
Sarah Debney joins Farringdon as head of legal practice. A licensed conveyancer with almost 40 years of residential conveyancing experience. Among other senior roles, she was formerly head of the legal practice at Simply Conveyancing.
Boulle commented: “Moving home should be one of life’s best moments, but the process of making it happen can be exceptionally stressful and unpleasant. Poor visibility, communications blackspots and disrupted information flow β all too often caused by a carrier’s lack of bandwidth β are problems that buyers and sellers expect as an integral part of the process.
βAt Farringdon, we’re breaking down those notions. We’ve built our company around AI to prove that it’s possible to deliver the same high quality experience consistently, regardless of how the game changes. Our AI-led approach is designed with not just buyers and sellers in mind, but also the agents and advisors who work with them. No agent or advisor wants to be left in the dark or have their property transaction with their clients dissatisfied. Don’t want to reflect; it’s bad for business.”
