Campion’s Group It has expanded further into London with its second acquisition in a week, underscoring its shift to focus solely on the capital.
The group has acquired the residential agency division madison brookAfter its recent purchase aston chase. The move builds on its strategy to exit its Southwest operations earlier this year and focus on London.
The latest deal strengthens Campion’s sales and lettings platform, adding an established agency with a long standing presence in the market. Over the last 15 years, Madison Brook has developed a residential business with a wide client base across London.
Established in 2023, Campions Group operates in sales, lettings, new homes and property management, and also includes brands Chestertons, Chase Buchanan, retirement home search And Campions Lettings and Management.
