
EXP UK Nearly 7,500 properties were listed in the first quarter of 2026, according to data from twentyeaWhich is the highest in terms of new instructions among UK agency brands in the first three months of the year.
The data shows the company has steadily increased its annual listing volume over the past five years, recording 23,061 listings in 2025, compared to a quarterly average of 5,765.
In Q1 2026, eXp UK recorded 7,494 new instructions with 3,696 exchanges, while the quarterly average for 2025 was 3,494.
The average time from instruction to completion so far this year is 171 days, compared to 194 days for traditional agents and 189 days for online agents, based on the same dataset.
