Repeat by Landlord Studio has partnered with Making Tax Digital (MTD) providers Hammock and Nexus, adding an integration to its Repeat and PayProp platforms to support landlord tax reporting.
For letting agents earning more than £50,000 from property or self-employment, the MTD introduces additional reporting requirements, including handling income and expense data and responding to queries before the first filing deadline on 7 August 2026.
The integration allows agents to invite landlords to use any provider, enabling them to manage and present their own MTD reporting. Property income and expenses are automatically transferred from REPIT or PayProp to the provider’s system, reducing the need for manual data management by agents.
Nexus enables landlords to view and manage income and expenses through a single portal, while Hammock offers similar functionality with bank feed integration and HMRC-recognised MTD reporting.
Agents can activate the integration through Repeat AppMarket or PayProp settings.
Steve Richmond, Repeat’s general manager for UK & Ireland, Middle East and Africa, said: “We chose Hammock and Nexus because they provide leading MTD solutions and handle every part of landlord onboarding and technical support. For agents, it’s as easy as sending invitations and then all taxable property income and expenses flow automatically from Repeat and PayProp into the MTD platforms.
“We have worked closely with both Hammock and Nexus to create these integrations this way, because we know how busy agents are with the adoption of the Tenants’ Rights Act. Making the process as easy and painless as possible was a real priority and both of our partners have truly provided a seamless service to the industry.”
Manoj Varsani MBE, Founder and CEO of Hammock, commented: “Hammock is suitable for all ownership structures – including joint ownership and limited companies, as well as tenancies – including HMOs and furnished holiday lets. We already work with the leading letting agents in the UK and more agents are joining our network every week.”
“Landlord Studio has been supporting landlords since 2014, bringing the power of property accounting to thousands of landlords. With Nexus, we’ve created something specifically for agents, giving them a way to support their landlords without having to step into tax,” said Logan Ransley, MD and co-founder of Landlord Studio.
