Zoopla has updated its agent branch profile pages, aiming to help estate agents generate more inquiries from potential buyers and sellers. The company says initial testing shows a 49% increase in leads for agent partners, though details of the sample size have not been disclosed.
The property portal says the redesigned pages aim to give agents greater visibility beyond property listings and allow them to present information about their teams and services more clearly. The mobile-centric update is designed to make it easier for users to view agent details and contact them directly from the profile page.
New features include sections such as “Meet the Team” and “Opening Hours”, as well as a display banner that shows the number of properties listed, average asking prices and time on market. Agents can update their details through their ZooplaPro accounts.
The changes also support Zoopla’s advertising products, including InSearch ads and property alerts, which link to these profile pages.
Zoopla Chief Operating Officer, Rich Hayes, commented: “We are continually investing in product innovation that helps our agent partners see stronger returns from their investment with Zoopla. By improving the way movers search for and contact agents, these enhanced branch pages help convert browsing into meaningful inquiries, ultimately driving more directions and value for our customers.”
