Forbes Global Properties has launched in the UK, with the business focused on prime and super-prime residential property in London and key regional markets.
The UK operation will be led by Martin Bikitt, who has worked in the estate agency sector for over 30 years, most recently with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. The company will act as the exclusive UK representative of the Forbes Global Properties Network.
The business will work alongside Bikhit’s existing agency, K&Co, which was established in 1982 and specializes in prime London sales and lettings.
The new operation will focus on homes priced above £10 million in London and properties priced above £5 million in the rest of the country. Target markets include prime central London, the Home Counties and selected regional locations with established high-value housing markets.
The company said it will operate a brokerage model and plans to recruit select founding agents during its launch phase.
The business will handle a range of high-value residential properties, including London townhouses and apartments, country houses, estates and larger residential properties.
Agents joining the platform will continue to operate in their local markets, utilizing the Forbes Global Properties brand and international network. The company said it will provide operational support including marketing, compliance, accounting and company administration services.
