LSL Estate Agency Franchising has acquired Meyers Franchising LimitedWhich operates the Meyers estate agent brand in Dorset and the South Coast.
The deal adds 10 franchise partners and six branches to LSL’s network.
Founded in 2011 by Mark Meyer, Meyers Estate Agents expanded through a franchise model designed to combine shared systems and branding with local ownership. The business has since grown into a regional network covering areas including Christchurch, Bournemouth, Weymouth, Poundbury, Sherborne and Shaftesbury.
The acquisition brings Meyers into LSL’s franchising operation, with a focus on supporting further growth. This includes additional investment, access to shared infrastructure and expanded operational support. LSL also plans to build out its lettings capacity within the Meyers network, an area identified for further growth.
