Campion’s Group After making a strategic decision to close its South West branches earlier this year and focus exclusively on the London market, the company has continued to expand its footprint in the capital.

The acquisition is expected to strengthen the group’s reach in prime central London, enhancing its existing network and customer base as it looks to expand into a more focused geographic area.
The move follows a period of restructuring, during which Campion Group – also the owner of Chestertons, retirement home search And Campions Lettings & Management – Chase Buchanan offices in Trowbridge, Melksham, Bristol and Bath were closed in February this year.
Chase Buchanan’s website now lists only its London offices, reflecting the group’s capital-focused strategy. Aston Chase, which specializes in prime central and north west London residential property, complements that offering and extends coverage into key markets.
The addition of Aston Chase expands the Group’s presence in prime Central and North West London, bringing together complementary strengths in market expertise, customer service and established local networks.
Established in 1985, Aston Chase has built a reputation for prudence, integrity and a high level of customer service, with a core footprint spanning Marylebone, Regent’s Park, St John’s Wood, Little Venice, Maida Vale, Primrose Hill, Belsize Park and Hampstead. The company has a strong track record in super-prime sales, while its lettings division has expanded significantly in recent years in response to changing market conditions.
Under the new arrangement, Aston Chase will continue to operate as an independent agency within the Campions Group, retaining its brand, leadership and specialist focus. co founder mark pollack and director of home sales Michael Sulkin The focus on customer service and transactions, supported by the Group’s extensive infrastructure, will remain in place.

Campions Group is also exploring opportunities to expand the Aston Chase brand, including the possibility of opening additional offices in central and north west London, as it continues its rapid growth since being established in 2023.
