Two Sussex estate agencies, Michael Jones and Brand Vaughan, have rebranded as Charters Estate Agents.
The change brings a network of offices in Farring, Findon, Goring, Lancing, Rustington, Worthing, Brighton, Hove, Kemptown and Preston Park under the Charters name.
Supported by Lomond’s national network, businesses will continue to operate locally, aligning with Charters’ wider regional structure. Charters was founded in 2009 and operates in Hampshire and Surrey, with the Sussex offices now integrated into its existing footprint.
Managing Director, Elliot Trodd, said: “Although our name is changing, the heart of our service is exactly the same. We are combining the local experts clients know and trust with the support network of Charters – a lettings and estate agency with a proven record of delivering market-leading results.
“By combining our award-winning pedigree with even better systems and a reach that extends across Hampshire, Surrey and London through our partnership with Kinley Folkard & Hayward (KFH), we are ensuring that our landlords and home owners receive a level of service that is truly unrivaled in Sussex.”
Although the name is changing, the teams remain in place. Customers will continue to work with the same local employees, with access to a broader network.
“This represents more than a simple rebrand, it’s an important step forward for our customers,” said Andrew Gunner, lettings director at Michael Jones and Brand Vons. “By joining forces with Charters, we are strengthening our ability to deliver exceptional results, combining an advanced platform with the trusted local expertise valued by our customers.
“Our clients will benefit from increased exposure to an audience of over 90,000 monthly website visitors, along with access to an expanded database of high-quality tenants actively seeking rental properties in our area. This partnership allows us to extend our reach while providing the personalized, locally focused service that defines our vision.”
