Oxford-based lettings agency, College & County, has announced the launch of a new sales brand, Hunt Residential.
The new brand represents a rebranding of the firm’s sales division, which was originally set up in 2019 by founder Darren Hunt to support landlords in the sale and purchase of investment properties.
Hunt Residential will serve as the dedicated name for the sales arm of the business, while continuing to work closely with the college and county’s lettings operations. The company says its aim is to maintain coordination between sales and rental services in Oxford, Thame and the surrounding areas.
Darren Hunt and the existing sales team will remain in their current roles under the new brand. The business said existing customer relationships and service arrangements will remain in place following the changes.
“As we launch Hunt Residential, our mission remains unchanged: to serve our communities through ethical property sales, always putting people first,” Hunt said. “Our customers can expect the same reliable service provided under our new, visionary brand.”
