EXP UK, the network of individual estate agents, has announced that TV presenter Davina McCall will be one of two keynote speakers taking center stage at its 2026 UK conference, alongside sales and marketing expert Grant LeBoeuf.
The event will take place at The Eastside Rooms in Birmingham on 16-17 June, bringing together estate agents and industry professionals for two days of training, networking and business-focused sessions.
McCall will talk about career longevity, reinvention and adapting to change, drawing on her experience working in television and media over several decades.
LeBoeuf, who specializes in sales, marketing and artificial intelligence, will focus on how AI is changing business operations and customer engagement, including its potential applications within the estate agency.
The conference program will also include sessions on business growth, technology, training and market trends as agencies continue to adapt to changing consumer expectations and increasing competition.
The event comes as eXp UK continues to expand its network model for self-employed estate agents and agency businesses across the UK.
