The owners of Northwood Chelmsford, part of The Property Franchise Group, have acquired Zoe Napier Group, adding a specialist agency focusing on high-value homes to their Essex operations.
Zaman and Amina Sheikh, who take over the Chelmsford office in 2023, completed the deal as part of an expansion strategy that also includes Acquisition of Shenfield-based WN Properties At the end of 2025.
The Zoe Napier Group operates at the upper end of the market including equestrian, coastal, coastal, country and luxury property. The business will sit alongside WN Properties and Northwood Bespoke.
Zoe Napier will remain involved as an advisor, while the existing team will continue in their roles.
