Former Knight Frank residential development colleagues have launched a new independent property agency focused on residential development land, new homes and sales.
Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, the firm is organized into two divisions: New Homes & Residential Sales, led by Chris Priestley, and Land & Development, led by Jonny Wish.
The agency says its structure is aimed at providing services across the development process, from identification and acquisition of strategic land, through planning and disposal, to marketing of completed schemes and handling part-exchange arrangements for developers.
Priestly Wish opens with an existing customer base drawn from the previous work of partners across the region, and plans to grow its activity over time.
The founders have over 40 years of combined experience advising landlords, housebuilders and investors in Central England and other parts of the UK. The launch comes as developers and landowners continue to operate in a planning environment that remains complex alongside changing housing market conditions.
