A new independent letting agency has launched in the West Midlands, founded by an agent with over a decade of experience across the country And connells.
Gradwells LettingsA late-only business, based in Walsall, is opening today and will serve a wider area including Birmingham and Wolverhampton.
Founder and Managing Director Joe Fletcher He said he founded the firm after almost 12 years in the industry, starting as a trainee negotiator at the age of 16 and progressing to regional manager overseeing multiple branches.
He said the business is focused on rental and property management, shaped by his experience of what landlords prioritize, including communication, compliance and service standards.
Fletcher told IYE: “I’ve seen first-hand how much landlords value clear communication, strong compliance and a service-first approach.
“I created Gradwells by rethinking the rental experience around what landlords really want – clear communication, fair pricing and a service that really delivers.”
