repeat has launched the next phase of its Repeat AI (RAI) platform, expanding the AI functionality within its estate agency software.
The update introduces three components: a voice-based AI Copilot, a marketplace for task-specific AI agents, and a no-code tool for building custom agents.
Co-Pilot is designed for mobile use, assisting agents with tasks such as preparing for viewings, accessing property and applicant information, and recording follow-up actions. AppMarket provides access to AI tools for tasks including sales progress, compliance checks, and administration.

RAI is built on Repetit’s existing datasets and workflows across sales, rentals and compliance, including logged and auditable activities within the system.
The comprehensive platform already includes AI-powered photo enhancements. Additional features, including an AI viewing assistant and applicant intake tools, are scheduled to be released in May and June, respectively. Third-party agents will be able to list the tool in the AppMarket from June, with Co-Pilot expected to launch in summer 2026, followed by the no-code builder.

Dawson Scott, Chief Technology Officer at Repeat, said: “RAI stays with agents no matter where their day takes them. It shows up at the right time, it listens, it prepares, it remembers, and it brings the right context. RAI Copilot is a true assistant that enhances your work and helps you focus on what matters most to your customers.”
Mark Armstrong, CEO of Repeat, said: “Five years ago, we opened up proptech with the first app market for the industry. We’re doing it again for AI. Innovation in estate agency shouldn’t sit behind closed doors, and with RAI – it doesn’t have to.”
