Kandy, who was gifted the property in 2014, previously lived there with his wife, Holi Valance. The couple separated last year after 13 years of marriage, a personal turning point that has now coincided with a landmark deal in the capital’s luxury property market.

Located within the grounds of the large 19th-century estate known as Gordon House Royal Hospital Chelsea on land once owned robert walpole. The deal marks a major windfall for the Candy brothers – and an extraordinary moment in an otherwise weak prime London market hit by tax rises and a crackdown on non-dom status.
